Applications will remain on file and kept active for a period of 90 calendar days from the date the application is received for potential openings. Upon expiration of the 90 day calendar period, the applicant file will be inactivated.
 
To keep an application active, it must be updated prior to the expiration of the 90 days. This can be done by written request to the Personnel Office. Once an application has been inactivated, the applicant must complete a new application.
